Our diverse workforce tells a powerful story: with 51% women and 47% minority employees representing 10 different ethnicities, we’ve built a tapestry of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives that makes us stronger. As we work toward our ambitious sustainability goals—including achieving net-zero emissions by 2040—we recognise that environmental sustainability and social sustainability go hand in hand. Creating a world that’s healthier for future generations means creating a world that’s more inclusive and equitable for all people, including LGBTQ+ individuals and families.
Our partnerships with universities and our mentorship of interns reflect our commitment to nurturing the next generation of leaders.
