            Join a Growing, Forward-Thinking Business

We’re a business with clear ambition, strong values, and real momentum. With continued investment in our people, technology, and sustainability, this is an exciting time to join a company where your performance genuinely makes an impact.

            Why This Role Stands Out

This is a true hunter sales role — ideal for someone who thrives on being out in the field, opening doors, and winning new business.

            • High earning potential with performance-driven rewards
            • Autonomy to manage your territory and approach
            • A role focused on winning, not account managing
            • Strong operational and service support behind you
            • Work with a business known for quality and sustainability

            The Role

We are looking for a driven and commercially focused Sales Manager to generate new revenue and expand our customer base across Scotland. This is a highly proactive, field-based role where you will spend much of your week on the road, engaging prospects, door knocking, and identifying new opportunities. You will take full ownership of your pipeline and results, with a clear focus on converting opportunities into long-term, profitable customers.

            What You’ll Be Doing

            Sales & Client Acquisition

            • Actively prospecting and door knocking to generate new business opportunities
            • Attending relevant Trade shows as required
            • Spending the majority of your time in the field meeting potential clients
            • Building and managing a strong, high-value sales pipeline
            • Engaging decision-makers through outreach, site visits, and networking
            • Delivering compelling, value-led presentations
            • Negotiating and closing deals to achieve and exceed sales targets

            Planning & Performance

            • Managing your activity, pipeline, and progress through CRM systems
            • Producing accurate forecasts and tracking performance
            • Staying informed on market trends and competitor activity

            Collaboration

            • Working closely with operational teams to ensure seamless onboarding
            • Representing ALS at industry events and networking opportunities
            • Attending weekly departmental meetings (typically held in Aberdeen) to review pipeline, performance, and plans

            Who We’re Looking For

            • Proven experience in a target-driven, new business sales role (hunter mindset essential)
            • Comfortable being on the road and proactively approaching new clients
            • Resilient, confident, and motivated by winning new business
            • Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
            • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
            • Organised with strong CRM and pipeline management discipline
            • Experience in hospitality, healthcare, or commercial services is advantageous
            • Willingness to travel across Scotland and the UK, including overnight stays when required

            What You’ll Get in Return

            • £45,000 – £50,000 base salary
            • Uncapped bonus structure (OTE £55,000 – £60,000)
            • Company vehicle
            • 28 days holiday
            • Pension scheme
            • Mobile phone & laptop
            • Private healthcare & wellbeing support
            • Life insurance
            • Ongoing training and development

            Why Join ALS?

            • Be part of a growing Scottish business with ambitious plans
            • Join a supportive and collaborative team environment
            • Work for a company leading in sustainability and service quality
            • Enjoy a role where your results directly drive your rewards
