Aberdeen Laundry Services scored 94.5% (Excellent) for the “Whiteness Reflectance” of our Cottons and 90.4% (Excellent) for Polycottons and for “Brightness” we scored 118 (Excellent) for Cottons and 81.5% (Average) for Polycottons.

Our people strategy therefore aims to drive the right behaviours, capabilities, structures and incentives. Our focus is on further developing our leaders, equipping our staff to deliver the very best to our customers and having employee engagement processes designed to make ALS a great place to work.
We have been with Aberdeen Laundry Services for nearly two years now and I wanted to write about our experience.
We use ALS for all of our guest linen and towels. The things that are really important for us, being extremely busy, especially during the high season, are quality of the product, customer service and reliability and price.
Aberdeen Laundry are excellent in all of these areas. During the summer months we get the laundry picked up and dropped off twice a week and they have never let us down with a delivery. That is so important with a high turnover of clean bed linen and towels.
The product itself is of a high quality, our guests love the pure white linen and the towels are large and fluffy. The sheets and duvet covers are crisp and fresh and we are very happy with them.
Customer service is also great and that is very important for such a vital service.
Finally, prices are very good and so all the boxes are ticked. I would certainly recommend ALS
