To mark Laundry Week 2025, Aberdeen Laundry Services opened the doors of our East Kilbride, Aberdeen, and Keith sites — offering a rare behind-the-scenes look at the people, processes, and sustainability driving our work across Scotland.

Throughout the week, we welcomed a fantastic mix of visitors, including:

• Representatives from East Kilbride Job Centre and Aberdeen Job Centre, both keen to explore future collaboration on local recruitment initiatives

• Jobseekers interested in discovering new career opportunities and learning more about the commercial laundry industry

• Our valued customers from the University of Edinburgh Hospitality Collection, who joined us to see our large-scale linen care operation in action

• A guest from Court Residence, a luxury serviced aparthotel in Linlithgow

• Visitors who provide technical support to DMD-2000, a long-standing customer and packaging manufacturer

• Our trusted logistics partner Gordon Duncan Ltd, who joined us at our Keith site

Guests were taken on guided tours of our facilities, with the chance to see first-hand how we process thousands of garments and linens every day — all while reducing environmental impact through investment in ozonation disinfection, energy efficiency, and water-saving systems.
