Every resident is provided with their own dedicated mesh bag, with separate bags available for delicate garments.

Each bag is labelled with the resident’s name and a unique QR code.

Bags are collected and scanned on arrival at our facilities, then tracked through washing, drying and finishing before being wrapped and returned.
