Is This Role for You?

A Career for the Creative Thinkers

We’re looking for a strategic thinker who leads with curiosity, collaboration, and practical problem-solving. You might be someone who’s built deep expertise through years of hands-on work in industrial or process environments, or perhaps you’ve been progressing through engineering leadership roles and are ready to step up to a more strategic position.

What matters most to us isn’t a perfect CV – it’s your approach. Do you naturally look for better ways of doing things? Can you balance the detail of operational challenges with the bigger picture of business strategy? Are you energised by developing teams and building systems that make everyone’s work more effective?

Maybe you’ve spent 20+ years in the laundry industry and know the equipment inside-out but haven’t had the opportunity to move into senior leadership. Or perhaps you’ve led engineering teams in manufacturing, facilities management, or other process-driven sectors and are looking for a role where your experience will be genuinely valued.

If you’re someone who thrives on variety – moving between strategic planning, hands-on problem-solving, and developing your team – and you’re motivated by the challenge of driving real operational improvements across multiple sites, we’d love to hear from you.

At Aberdeen Laundry Services, we believe the best leaders are those who keep learning, stay solutions-focused, and bring their whole selves to work. If that sounds like you, this could be the right next step.
