Job Description:
As a Trainee Sales Representative at Aberdeen Laundry Services Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward. You will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, and closing deals. This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified or mid-qualification sales professional to further their career in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and qualify leads through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, referrals).
• Contact potential customers to present our products/services and understand their needs.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and improve sales processes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
• Recently qualified or mid-qualification in sales, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Driving Licence is essential
